This is a management level position that will keep the prospect handle department and oversee complete IT Infrastructure projects life-cycle with team working in. No brief can just be enough to describe this position, face to face meeting is essential to discuss in detail about this job:

  • Managing Entire department independently with close coordination with the Management
  • Gather and analyse business requirement deeply to establish proper planning
  • Develop work plans and estimates as they relate to IT Infrastructure projects and delegate responsibilities to the manager in department
  • Approve technical instructions, engineering plans, technical designs, and other project related documents
  • Meet the high designated officials at client side as and when the need be

  • Manage collection process and manager to maintain credible receivable including establishing relationships with clients

Desirable Attributes:

  • 8+yrs of experience in IT Infrastructure projects management and handling domestic and international clients
  • Should be fine with traveling to domestic as well as international locations

This position can be addressed as Marketing, Sales, or Business Development Manager, but we call this profile as core of our Business. You will be the face of Jayatma to our potential clients. Responsibilities of this profile are given below:

  • Studying competitors' products and services and Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and Increasing Profitability
  • Producing Sales Reports to monitor results: Forecast for the month & Actual achievement get the proposals, bid responses created.
  • Carry out market research, competitive analysis and come up with product/service improvement suggestions
  • Create and establish mechanisms, alliances to generate Government and Corporate business opportunities
  • Manage collection process to maintain credible receivable including establishing relationships with clients. Resolve disputes with customer base and other departments as they relate to receivable and risk management
  • Coordinate with different functions/departments, assist account managers for generating further business .opportunities from existing Government and Corporate accounts.
  • Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs. Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
  • Create proposals, bid responses etc. for identified opportunities
  • Carry out market research, competitive analysis and come up with product/service improvement suggestions.
  • Keeping a watch on timing & progress and ensuring all actions are moving towards desired end results. Providing encouragement to the whole group as well as to individuals
  • Coordinate with different functions/departments, assist account managers for generating further business opportunities from existing accounts. Discussing ideas and suggestions within the group and checking the feasibility of ideas, testing the consequences & proposed solutions

Desirable Attributes:

Job Profile:

  • Drafting of Agenda papers & minutes for Board Meetings; Various Committee meetings, and Shareholders meetings.

Job Profile:

Taking ownership of complete client/project account, which will require:
  • To plan, execute, control and ensure closure of projects in agreed timelines.
  • Determine methodology and processes for quality planning (in concurrence with project planning)
  • Define standards to use, document quality criteria and quality measurement processes
  • Develop supporting documentation and materials including demonstrations, presentations and other tools to ensure solutions are easy to manage and repeatable.
  • Do a self-audits and project process monitoring.
  • Manage people and delivery excellence in all parameters of time
  • Review project profitability and other agreed parameters and provide relevant status reports to the management and client and maintain cost effectiveness
  • Maintain strong client relationship and be the first POC for the Senior client team and same goes for the vendors management for smooth execution of project deliverables

  • Ensure high levels of engagement within the team. Manage complex scenarios effectively like business risks, multiple vendor issues, code red situations etc.

Competencies:

  • Experience with Popular Technologies, Servers & Networking devices
  • Good grasp on LAN & WAN topologies, security appliances.
  • Knowledge of Cloud & Virtualization platforms.
  • Commendable Knowledge of various Enterprise level IT Tools & monitoring solutions.
  • Should possess knowledge to understand various architectures used in IT Industry.
  • Should have knowledge about ITIL, SIEM, ITSM other frameworks.
  • Prior working knowledge with overseas clients will help.

Preferred Skills:

  • Engineering and Business degree combination will be the ideal profile

  • Root Cause Analysis: First level troubleshooting, log analysis and database queries to understand problem and find root-cause. Gather and analyze information about the user's issue and determines the best way to resolve their problem
